I was a bit nervous after reading a lot of bad reviews for other car rental companies in Iceland, but after reading the good ones for this place we decided to go with them for our 9 person rental van for our road trip and they were amazing!! The van was so new and clean , it was perfect and returning it was super easy! 100% recommend and will go with them again when we return to Iceland !
Good service and always something to improve
In general, everything was very good. When we pick up the car, we got some good hints about driving on Iceland and they were useful. Points to improve: 1. Car return could be organised better. When we pick up the car - there was no queue and we expected same when returning the car (just based on 1st experience and also based on returning the car in other countries). Though, when we arrived, there was long queue and it seemed that to return the car one has to be in the same queue as to pick up. This made us nervious since we were hurry on plane. Afterwards, several workers appeared and asked who is returning the car, and we managed to do it quite fast. On other hand all this looked very chaotic and dependent on how fast one is in running to worker to give him/her keys and papers to return the car. 2. When booking the car and choosing the insurance, the execptions of insurance are not stated. E.g., doors are blown out by wind, car stuck in the river and so on.
Great service...
We had bad luck and got a flat tire in the first hour of our 5-day rental. After own failed efforts the rental company office arranged us rapidly a new car. I would call this great service! Big thanks!

Everything was perefect. Suzuki Jimny for 2 weeks and 3300km. The car worked without any problems. We took it when we arrived at Keflavik airport and gave it back on the day we left. Everything worked fine. Thanks guys.

Le service est rapide, les indications claires quant à l'usage du véhicule loué et les particularités des routes islandaises. Le retour du véhicule s'est aussi bien passé et je n'ai pas eu de mauvaises surprises à ce moment.

Great car, great mileage, great staff...
We rented a Dacia Logan, diesel, standard. We were concerned about the price of fuel, but were very surprised to get over 80 miles per gallon, nothing I’ve rented in the US has come close to this.
Pick up was easy, with no pressure for add-instead.
We had 4 in our group with each having 1 piece of luggage and a carry on bag. We also had a cooler and food bag, there was plenty of room in the back.
Return was also quick and easy.
