The office is easy to reach from central Reykjavik, the Old Harbor, Grandi, Vesturbær and nearby hotels. If you are already in the city, this is often the simplest place to collect your rental car without going back to Keflavik Airport.

How to Find Our Reykjavik Office

From central Reykjavik, head toward the Old Harbor and Grandi area. Fiskislóð is located near the waterfront, close to cafés, museums, shops and local businesses.

If you are walking from downtown Reykjavik, the route is straightforward from the harbor area. If you are driving, please allow extra time for city traffic, parking and one-way streets around central Reykjavik.

Keflavik Airport Pickup

Reykjavik Rent a Car also offers Keflavik Airport pickup for travelers arriving in Iceland by air. Your booking confirmation will show the correct pickup location and instructions for your rental.

Pickup and Drop-Off

Your pickup and return location is shown on your booking confirmation. Please check this before you travel so you know whether your rental starts in Reykjavik or at Keflavik Airport. When collecting your car, bring:

Your valid physical driving licence
Passport or ID

Valid payment card
Any required documents for additional drivers

Returning Your Car

Return your car to the location shown on your rental agreement. Before returning the vehicle, please remove all personal belongings, check the fuel policy for your booking and allow enough time if you are continuing to the airport.
