Overall, I think they are genuine car rental company with pretty good customer service. During my visit to Iceland in the month of Nov 2016, I booked Toyota Rav4 and the condition of the car was nice and clean and the young dude at the counter showed me the basic functions of the car. By the way, Rav4 is a good car with spacious back to load 4 big luggage.
I did not encounter any problem with them - the online booking was smooth, feedback was prompt, the car inspect was quick and return the car without any problem.
They even were flexible to accommodate my last-minute requests to add one additional days to the rental due to unpredictable weather at the east coast causing us unable to return car at Akureyri.
So, despite the comparatively higher price they charged, I would still opt for them simply because the ease of mind they gave me during my trip in the country. Thumbs up to them.Renter from Malaysia
