With a real-world electric range of up to 427 km, the Dolphin is perfect for trips along the Golden Circle, South Coast, or even the Ring Road, as long as you stick to paved and standard gravel roads. Like all 2WD cars, it’s not suitable for F-roads or Highland routes.

Despite its compact size, the Dolphin seats up to five passengers comfortably and has a surprisingly spacious trunk—345 liters with the seats up, and over 1,300 liters with them folded down. It’s a great option for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for a clean, quiet ride with zero emissions.

Inside, you’ll find a 12.8” touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth connectivity. Other features include heated front seats, vegan leather upholstery, USB-C charging ports, and a climate control system that’s ideal for changing Icelandic weather.

Battery level at pickup and return

Your car is handed over with at least 75% battery. Return it with 75% or more and there is no charge. Below that, a charging fee is added after return, based on the battery level at drop-off:

• 75% to 100%: no charge
• 50% to 74%: 5,000 ISK
• 25% to 49%: 10,000 ISK
• Below 25%: 15,000 ISK
