    We have booked Toyota Rav 4 diesel through the web site. When we arrived to the airport they told us that we will get Ford Kuga gasoline instead. After request they have changed it to Hyundai Tuscon diesel. The car was not new ( with 140000 km already ) and we had one issue with the wheel on the first day. I called the agency and they sent mechanic to handle the issue. The process was quick and professional. Rest of the vacation the car was fine. Return process was fast and easy. Price was very reasonable

    We had really 4 good days exploring a part of Iceland with a car from Reykjavik rent a car. The car, the Suzuki Grand Vitara, was in a perfect estate. The booking from Germany was very easy, if I had questions before coming to Iceland I got a reply within an hour and the delivery of the car to our hotel was very punctual, even on a Sunday morning.
    Coming back to Iceland I will surely chose the same company again.

    我們保了全險，取車跟還車幾乎都沒甚麼檢查(可能他們覺得保險都有賠)，取車時很擔心會不會不是跟網站上看到的不同一台車，但很幸運完全同一台，且里程數很少，車況很新，員工態度也很好，半夜3點還車時只看了一下有沒有把油加滿就讓我們走人了，很棒的體驗!!!
