    This is the first time that me and my friend visited Iceland. At the beginning we were quite worrying about the traffic conditions due to unstable weather. When we expressed our worries to the guy who walked us through the car rental procedure, he confidently ensured us simply by pointing out 1) just drive slowly; and 2) the car you choose is excellent, no worries! And what he said was true. Our 6-day trip was safe and fun! When we returned the car at 5am, the guy efficiently checked the car and let us know how and where we should wait for shuttle bus to the airport, which was nice and sweet. Of course the rental fee and reasonable, I would recommend Reykyavik Rent A Car to people plan to visit Iceland.

    We would most certainly recommend Reykjavik Car Rentals to any people we know travelling to Iceland.
    Within a day of our contracted time of drop off, my wife and I realised we had made a dreadful error when we booked some 9 - 10 months ago. We had booked the car for 2 days less than was needed. As we had accommodation booked, miles away from Reykjavik it was impossible for us to get the car back on time. On phoning head office, our rental was extended without penalty. Of course we paid for the extra days and associated costs such as insurance as you would expect. Staff were most helpful and understanding.
    Drop off was seamless.
