The car is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I have to give a 3 star because of the car returning experience.
The returning time is long as I have to queue in the same queue with the other customers who are renting cars. The queuing time spent 30 mins but the checking of returning only requires 1 min. This affects quite seriously for me to catch my flight, luckily I can catch it at last.
I suggest to have another queue for returning cars, or to have first priority for returning cars. We always don't know how long the queue is, and customer for returning cars for sure don't want to spend hours in waiting and affect their schedule of catching the flight.Renter from Hong Kong SAR

I picked up car from Keflavik airport Office. I rented Golf or similar and get Hyundai i30 which was driven only 13000km. When I went to pick up my car, the customer service was nice and only small amount of waiting in the lobby. Car was clean and only small scratch in front bumper.
When I returned the car at 04.45am there was customer service at present which is very nice and return of the car was easy and quite fast. I would use them again. And I did have platinum insurance for piece of mind.Renter from Finland

我們保了全險，取車跟還車幾乎都沒甚麼檢查(可能他們覺得保險都有賠)，取車時很擔心會不會不是跟網站上看到的不同一台車，但很幸運完全同一台，且里程數很少，車況很新，員工態度也很好，半夜3點還車時只看了一下有沒有把油加滿就讓我們走人了，很棒的體驗!!!
